This was my first go at a Jelly Sandwich, and overall i think it went well. I think next time i would do another layer of glitter and jelly polish to give it more depth.
For this one i did 2 layers of BYS Wild Orchids, then one layer of BYS Silver Glitter, then one more layer of Wild Orchids.   Tuesday, February 21, 2012China Glaze Love Marilyn Swatches - Another Amazing Glitter :)

Another lot from the vault lol. I did this for a cricket game i went to. Thought i should go in our team colour. Not that it helped, the team played like crap and we got slaughtered :( But at least my nails looked pretty :)
This is one coat of BYS - Blue Bang with one coat of Kink - Showgirl.
Thursday, January 19, 2012OPI - Katy Perry Collection - Teenage Dream
I bought the mini 4 pack that came out almost a year ago now, and fell in love with Teenage Dream. Its such a soft pink indoors, but still softly sparkles just enough to make me smile :) Then when you go outside the holo glitter is almost blinding! Just nothing but love for this polish. This was 3 very easy to apply, quick drying coats. One coat of out the door made it almost smooth. 2 coats would get rid of the gritty feeling, but i dont mind the texture of glitter, i kinda love it :p

What a busy day..... Woke up with a migraine :( Had to suck it up cause we were having Christmas lunch with my side of the family today..... So glad i did my nails last night :) Have no idea what the polish names i used are, i will edit tomorrow when i can make it outta bed.

Monday, November 21, 2011Essence Nail Polish 78 Blue Addicted
This is a beautiful polish. I wish my camera wasnt broken :( Im using my phone camera at the moment till i get a new one. I couldnt even to begin to capture the amazingness of this polish. Im going back to Target this week to pick up a backup or two :p I used 3 coats, and even thought it was thick, it dried quite quick.

Im so excited :p You can now find full stands of Essence Cosmetics in Target stores all around Australia! I died when i saw the prices.... SO CHEAP! $2.55 for a 5ml nail polish. Heaps of other stuff too, eyeshadows, mascaras, eyeliners, lipglosses, foundation, blush, ect... All of them crazy cheap. So i started off slow and only bought 4 nail polishes :)

Now when i first tried this, i was so disappointed with it. Took 4 coats to make it look 'ok' but it would not dry. After 3+ hours i gave up cause it was still wet to the touch, boo. So i put it away and didnt think about it again, till a few weeks ago i was craving a black glitter, and almost died when i realised i dont own one! So i decided to try putting just one coat of BYS Down The Rabbet Hole over my Rimmel 60 Second in Black Out. What i got was glittery nails like i have never had before. This was STUNNING! I wish i had taken more pics. But this was the best of the 3 i did take.
